Tuesday Ted woke up and said that he misses you 💔 and says "we love you Ruby". The reminder (even though I've never forgotten), the tears, and the grief came from nowhere, but it felt like you were with us all day, saying "it's okay, I miss you too". And you are everywhere, we are making sure of that. We will never forget you. I thought that the grief was easing, but really it's there all the time and I don't think it'll ever leave me. Not that I want it to. What I really want is you back here, being a funny girl, giving the best kisses and cuddles, begging for treats, snoring away or woofing in your sleep. 4 weeks have passed since you left us, my little lamb 💔 I think about you every day, and although the tears are fewer and further between it doesn't mean that we miss you any less. We are getting used to a life without you by our sides, but it's so difficult and so hard to accept that we will never hug you again or go for another walk, or cuddle up on the sofa or in bed. We had 8 years of you, but it wasn't enough. You came to me in my dreams last week, what a joy that was to see you and hold you, visit me again soon precious girl? 💔
